Q:  Will AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl Coating work in Florida?

A:  AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl Coating is the only viable product to meet the unique needs of the Florida climate providing a mainenance free exterior and keeping the original appearance of the home. AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl is very compatable and actually shines in Florida's hot and humid climate.

Q:  Will AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl handle moisture and humidity?

A:  AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl is approximately 60 % Vi-Mastic resin that contain a natural discontinuance , which allow vapors to escape while being virtually waterproof.  AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl contains a mildicide to solve Florida's mold and mildew problem. (It resists mold and mildew

Q:  Will AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl work on stucco and masonry with the cracking problem?

A:  AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl is approximately 800% elastic allowing it to expand and contract.  This allows movement and can cover cracks up to 1/8 of an inch. Stucco will not longer show cracks.

Q:  How long will AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl keep a clean and new look to the exterior of my home or building?

A:  AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl is anti-static so it will not attract dirt making it highly washable. (can be washed with a garden hose) It will not crack, fade, peel or chalk and provides a matte (low gloss) finish that is warranteed for a lifetime.

Q:  Can AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl be used on my soffit, fascia and trim?

A:  Yes.  AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl is seamless, with a clean look, available in any color, unlike aluminum with its seams and hard to clean appearance. It can also be applied over aluminum soffit and fascia to help give it a clean appearance.

Q.  Will AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl work over metal with the rust problem in Florida caused by the salt spray and humidity?

A:  Yes. We require Florida contractors to use the AM-VI-CO Liquid Vinyl Bonding Agent that has been fortified with Zinc Oxide and Busan pigments for coating rusted steel surfaces, glavanized steel surfaces and aluminum.  It will retard rusting and protect metal surfaces from salt spray, water, chemical and abrasions.
